INGREDIENTS
1 kg of new potatoes
Olive oil
Lebre Gourmet salt
4 bunches of rosemary
HOW TO PREPARE
Wash the new potatoes and cook them with the peel, in pure boiling water, no salt.
Drain it.
Heat the oven half an hour early.
Put the new potatoes on a heat resistant plate. Pour oil and sprinkle a little Lebre Gourmet salt.
Put in the hot oven for one hour until the potatoes begin to brown.
Sprinkle with rosemary and finish with a little more Lebre Gourmet salt. Serve very hot.
