INGREDIENTS
6 fresh figs
Honey
tandoori
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
Raspberry vinegar
Lebre Gourmet salt
HOW TO PREPARE
Wash, rinse and dry well the figs.
Cut them in half.
In the center of each fig put some honey and sprinkle with a pinch of tandoori.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and place the figs with the opening facing up. Fry for two minutes, turn the figs over and fry them for
two more minutes.
Pour raspberry vinegar over the fruits and take them out of the heat.
Finish it with Lebre Gourmet salt and serve immediately with the peel facing down.
Suggestion: goes well with salad, pâté, meats in general and ham.
