INGREDIENTS
2 Gala apples
1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts
1 desert spoon of raisins
1 dried black prune, chopped
2 dried apricots, chopped
1 slice of crystallized orange, chopped
2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
1 a tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
Lebre Gourmet salt
HOW TO PREPARE
Mix the dried fruits and save a spoonful for decoration.
Add the mascarpone and mix with sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of Lebre Gourmet salt.
Take the seeds of the apple out, taking care not to puncture the peel, and stuff with the mixture of fruits and mascarpone up to the brim.
In the pre heated oven, place the apples on a greased tray and cook it in until they become soft.
Decorate with dried fruits. Put it back in the oven to warm it, for 15 minutes.
Just before serving, wet the brim of the apples and sprinkle with
Lebre Gourmet salt.
